What's included

What this service covers

  • Cloud architecture design (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
  • Containerization with Docker & Kubernetes
  • CI/CD pipeline design (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • Database management & backup strategies
  • Security hardening & compliance (GDPR, SOC 2)
  • Monitoring, alerting & observability (Datadog, Grafana)
  • Cost optimization & cloud spend auditing
Who it's for

Right for you if...

  • Startups migrating from hobby setups to production infrastructure
  • Scale-ups experiencing reliability or performance issues
  • Teams preparing for SOC 2 or GDPR compliance
  • Companies looking to reduce cloud costs significantly
Methodology

Our approach

01

Infrastructure Audit

We assess your current setup for reliability, security, and cost. Most startups have 30–40% cloud waste and at least one critical single point of failure.

02

Architecture Design

We design for your actual scale and growth trajectory — not a generic enterprise template. Right-sized is faster and cheaper than over-engineered.

03

Implementation & Migration

We implement Infrastructure as Code so every change is reviewable and reproducible. Zero-downtime migrations are standard.

04

Monitoring & Handoff

We set up observability, alerting, and runbooks before we hand over. You should know about problems before your users do.

FAQ

Common questions

Which cloud provider should we use — AWS, GCP, or Azure?

For most startups, AWS is the safe default: largest ecosystem, most talent availability, and mature managed services. GCP is a strong choice if you're leveraging ML/AI services or BigQuery. Azure if your customers are Microsoft-centric enterprises.

What is Infrastructure as Code and why does it matter?

IaC means your infrastructure is defined in code (Terraform, Pulumi) rather than clicked together in a console. This makes environments reproducible, auditable, and safe to change. It's the difference between infrastructure you can trust and infrastructure you're afraid to touch.

How do you handle GDPR compliance in cloud infrastructure?

We ensure data residency in EU regions, implement encryption at rest and in transit, establish audit logging, and design data retention policies. We can also advise on your DPA (Data Processing Agreement) requirements.

Can you help us reduce our current cloud bill?

Almost certainly. Cloud cost optimization is one of the highest-ROI engagements we offer. Common wins: rightsizing instances, implementing auto-scaling, moving to reserved instances, and eliminating zombie resources.
