Cloud & Infrastructure
Production-grade infrastructure your team doesn't have to babysit. Zero-downtime deployments, automated pipelines, and security baked in — so engineering can ship with confidence.

- ✓Engineering teams looking to significantly reduce cloud spend
Our approach
Infrastructure Audit
We assess your current setup for reliability, security, and cost. Most scale-ups have 30–40% cloud waste and at least one critical single point of failure.
Architecture Design
We design for your actual scale and growth trajectory — not a generic enterprise template. Right-sized is faster and cheaper than over-engineered.
Implementation as Code
Everything is Infrastructure as Code — every change is reviewable, auditable, and reproducible. Zero-downtime migrations are standard.
Observability & Handoff
We set up monitoring, alerting, and runbooks before handover. You should know about problems before your users do.
Technologies we use
Common questions
Which cloud provider should we use — AWS, GCP, or Azure?
For most companies, AWS is the safe default: largest ecosystem, most talent availability, and mature managed services. GCP is strong for ML/AI workloads and BigQuery. Azure if your customers are Microsoft-centric enterprises. We work with all three and give you our honest recommendation based on your team and roadmap.
What is Infrastructure as Code and why does it matter?
IaC means your infrastructure is defined in code (Terraform, Pulumi) rather than clicked together in a console. This makes environments reproducible, auditable, and safe to change. It's the difference between infrastructure you can trust and infrastructure you're afraid to touch.
How do you handle GDPR compliance?
We ensure data residency in EU regions, implement encryption at rest and in transit, establish audit logging, and design data retention policies. We also advise on DPA (Data Processing Agreement) requirements for your vendor relationships.
Can you reduce our current cloud bill?
Almost certainly. Cloud cost optimization is one of the highest-ROI engagements we offer. Common wins: rightsizing instances, auto-scaling, reserved instances, and eliminating zombie resources. We've reduced client cloud spend by 30–60% in initial audits.
