offerra is an inviqon-built SaaS product that automates proposal tracking for sales teams. From sending and importing proposals to AI-powered pipeline status tracking and automated follow-up sequences — all in one place.
The challenge
Sales teams lose deals not because their proposals are bad, but because follow-up is inconsistent. Managing proposals across email threads gives no visibility into pipeline status — you don't know who opened what, when to follow up, or which deal is at risk. Existing CRMs were too complex and too generic for proposal-centric workflows.
Our approach
We built offerra as an inviqon-owned product from the ground up. The core is a proposal kanban board where AI infers status from email signals (opened, read, clicked, replied). Proposals are created in a built-in HTML template editor (CodeMirror-based) or imported from existing files. Automated follow-up sequences are defined per pipeline stage and triggered by time or proposal events. Multi-mailbox connection (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, custom IMAP/SMTP) means the tool works with whatever email stack the team already uses. Analytics powered by PostHog give conversion visibility per pipeline stage. Stripe handles billing across Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Browser push notifications and an in-app notification centre keep users updated without context-switching.

Launched as an inviqon product. Beta users report 3.2× faster follow-up cycles and 68% open rates on tracked proposals. The pipeline kanban gives sales teams visibility into deal status that previously required manual chasing.
